Dave Booda lives an extraordinary life. After graduating from the Naval Academy, he built a thriving music career, toured 20 states and was signed to an artist development deal, all while serving as an active duty Naval Officer. Today through his work as a life coach, he helps other people achieve their own extraordinary lives in the areas of work, purpose, and relationships. His ability to communicate life's wisdom simply and effectively results in real, measurable changes for his clients (and friends!). He has recently been featured as an expert on CBS, NBC, National Geographic and the Good Men Project.
Emily is the founder and director of the Center for Mindful Living. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Emily specializes in adult individual, couples and sex therapy. Emily received bachelor degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Georgia followed by a Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. After graduating from Northwestern University’s Family Institute, Emily went on to train under Dr. Laura Berman, The Oprah Show’s relationship and sex expert, at the Berman Institute. In 2009, Emily left her position as the lead clinician at the Berman Institute to open her own practice. In addition to her work as a clinician, Emily supervises therapists-in-training at Northwestern.
